Powering our net zero future

Translating government low carbon ambitions into regional activity, our industry-led Ten Point Plan for Green Growth identifies how the Midlands Engine can drive green innovation, deliver levelling up and boost economic prosperity. Working in partnership to drive co-ordinated regional action, the plan has the power to deliver, by 2041, 196,000 new green jobs and £24.2 billion GVA per year to the economy.
