The Mental Health & Productivity Pilot (MHPP) and partners Mind are recruiting a pool of people with recent experience of mental health problems, who are living and working in the Midlands Engine region, to give their opinions and input to the work of the pilot.

The pool will include people from all types of employment settings across a range of industries. Participants will be compensated for their time, either through payments or entry into prize draws, depending on the task.

MHPP is a three-year funded programme led by Coventry University, University of Warwick, West Midlands Combined Authority and mental health charity Mind.

The programme aims to support employers across the Midlands Engine to improve employee mental health and wellbeing, and by doing so to understand more about the positive impact that mental health can have on productivity within the workplace.

By joining the pool, individuals will have the opportunity to share their experiences of dealing with a mental health condition whilst at work and to give feedback on the work of the pilot. Their thoughts and opinions will influence the pilot to ensure its work is appropriate and effective for its target audience of employees, employers and business leaders.

Full information can be found on the Mental Health & Productivity Pilot website including who is eligible, what’s involved, the benefits and how to apply.

If you have already read the full details you can progress to the eligibility questionnaire.

If you have any questions please email MHPP Programme Manager based at Mind Errin Riley.
